SWAPP will be  conducting a Training on Establishing a Barangay Solid Waste Management Program on April 26-27, 2011, Bayview Park Hotel, Manila.  This training will provide the barangays with necessary information and skills with regards to organizing the BSWM Committees including their  roles and functions; conducting baseline data; existing waste management options for biodegradables and recyclables wastes; establishing an Materials Recovery Facility; sharing of best practices of other barangays; fund sourcing for SWM programs.
